Best Inn

Positive: The office staff was very nice and did take off 10.00$ from our pet deposit. However, the condition of the room was worse than a dog house. Office staff was nice, only to suck you into staying. They have to know how bad their hotel is! Negative: Please listen to the reviews. Not exaggerating.Bad condition. Worse room. Holes in walls stuffed with toilet paper, drug addicts stumbling outside. Crack house. Not safe, Avoid this place. Left immediately-lost pet deposit and room charge for 3 nights.

All hotels are now charging $50 security fee. But, if the room has a problem- they do not give you $$ back...The fee is charged back if room passes after they examine. They are lying to you if they say return is at ckout. Room was old, dated, and sink drained slowly. Poor maintenance. Outside grounds seemed ok, I e. Safe. Lights were not out, so I felt my car on parking lot was safe. Breakfast was free/ included, but nope, I went to McDonald's instead. Acceptable, but far from good experience. Hampton inn was way worse.

Just came here and booked on a site. I had paper id and they wouldn't give me my room or refund me and pushed me rudely out of there office less than a minute of arriving. Pouring rain/sleet at 7 pm. Highly hight don't recommend

The rooms were not clean. It smelled bad, there was garbage left on the sidewalk in front of the rooms. There was garbage and junk on the property, when I took the dog for a walk,I saw safety hazardsThey must have pulled up the rug and left the underlayment. It was scary, mostly transients live there. I booked through reservations. Com and they would not move me to another motel nearby.. no cancellation. I was supposed stay a week, only stayed 2 nights.

Stayed in a king room, paid extra for a jetted tub. The bathtub was filthy, to the point I showered with my sandals on. The whole room stunk, there was holes in the wall, the thermostat was ripped off the wall, dead bugs all over. There was a bunch of cats locked in cages outside of the rooms which was really off putting. Would not recommend this location.
