BEST INN

This place is truly terrible. The sheets are clean and there is hot water but that is the only good thing I can say. The walls are paper thin and you listen to people fight, kids scream and whatever else happens all night. The cops were called while I was there for people down the hall fighting. The air conditioning unit also was broken. They had a portable heater in the room but guess what, it was also broken. The ceiling fan was out of balance as well. Housekeeping who yell to each other around the building was supposed to bring toilet paper never came back. It was just a mess.

I booked a room for 3 nights because they are pet friendly. I drove 600 miles! Around dark, the parking lot was full of vehicles.. loud booming music. My dogs were scared by a loud boom, which mimicked some kind of fireworks. No respect. I called the front desk to make my complaint. I was told there was a NO REFUND POLICY! What the hell! It's a money thing, obviously! I have business to take care of in Corinth and use to live thereto. Have never been treated like this with a stay in any motel! Never again! Turning on water in sink and tub it came out rusty. Took 5 times to flush toilet for rust to go away. And I am supposed to wash my hair and body in this water? NOT! DISGUSTING!

My first stay it was very clean. This stay it was not clean at all. The best smelled like the sheets were clean and the towels smelt clean. The tub was dirt and hairy, the floors had dirt and hair. The walls had dirty hand and foot prints. Tops of nothing was dusted. I guess for $46 a night youget what you pay for.

The rooms at Best Inn are decent for the price, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The real issue is one housekeeper who is consistently rude and oversteps her role. She bangs on your door like the law long before checkout time and talks to guests like she’s the owner. She refuses to vacuum, refuses to change the bed covers every three days like she’s supposed to, and won’t even let you use her vacuum to clean your own room—even though she doesn’t do it herself. She also has a habit of trying to force people to “go pay right now or leave,” even when it’s not close to checkout time. Went to rent a room at best inn Booneville ms they denied renting a room to us due to we have service animals and they demanded proof of my animals being service animals and legally no one is obligated to show proof of any animals being service animals by ms state law I recommend no one stay here
