This place had an awesome price in a fabulous location (about an hour from Yosemite) so we jumped on it. Reviews were ok and I agree. The room is certainly clean and the bed is comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Room has some updates like flooring, bed and tv. A few problem areas are mostly aesthetic - bathroom door and window, ceiling where the bathroom and bedroom meet. Nice clean fresh towels each day. Wi fi reliable. No breakfast but a discount at a Denny's close by. |The pool is lovely.

Was charged a $200 one way fee AFTER renturning the rental which was paid online on Budget website for $82. Double check your charges

Rooms were exceptionally clean. The outside was clean and pretty up to date on amenities.. Owner was very nice and welcoming.. My sister and I had never been to Fresno and it was in a convenient location and fair priced. Air conditioning worked great. I appreciated my experience..

clean. small. safe location great price but the bathroom/toilet was so tight. I am small. 5'5" and thin but I couldn't fit my legs in front of toilet. I had to turn sideways to use. We got in late as we were here for a cross country event and we were only sleeping here for a few hours . I was a little concerned because of some of the reviews regarding safety and cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised. very clean. safe. very nice staff. room was a little noisy as there is a large boulevard in front. It wouldn't of been bad except there were so many motorcycles or hot rods racing up the Blvd until 2 am. After that is was very quiet. great location. 24 hour food across street and close to Woodward park.
