Bellevue Hotel & Suites

I didn't have high expectations coming here, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room is clean and smells nice. The bed is clean and soft. The heat and air worked great and the hot water runs plentiful. I was also surprised to find a coffee pot, microwave, and a pretty big mini fridge in the room. The room is quite large as well. Check in was a breeze and so far the staff has been very friendly. I'd highly recommend this place because you'll get the same, if not better amenities here than you would at a higher cost hotel.

We stayed there during the Pontiac Tri-Power Nationals in Norwalk. Three nights cost $677 for my wife & me in room #111–with two double beds. ||The neighboring room guests could be heard as though they were in our room. Our beds had squeaky, very old mattresses. The floors were not clean. It took more than two minutes to get hot water for the shower. There was no stopper for the bathroom sink drain. The shower curtain rod fell while I was in the shower. There is a wall light outside the window that flickers all the while it’s on. ||A few positives—The shower worked fine, as did the air conditioner. It may look a little outdated, but the rooms are clean are in good condition. Beds are comfortable, microwave and fridges are available. If you’re in town to watch trains, the hotel is only three minutes away from the park, which doesn’t have any bathrooms btw so you have quick access to one if you stay here.

Dont be fooled like us. This is not a hotel. Its a dirty motel. Room smelled like urine. We arrived late just to sleep on a road trip. Room felt dirty overall. Bathroom door wouldn't close. "Continental Breakfast " was abysmal. Room 105, as im sure it will be asked on a reply. The audacity to charge $120 for this place is ridiculous.

First of all I don’t see why it’s 2 stars it should be 1. For one neither of the lamps worked in my room, only one the key cards worked, the tv remote didn’t work and the floor was extremely filthy. Not to mention the vending machine took my money, as I did not get even the snack I wanted. Never returning and these good reviews are either old or employees.
