Bear Lodge and Cabins

Beautiful, peaceful spot. The cabins were spacious, beds were super comfortable, and the little kitchenettes had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth. Went down to the lake after dark, listened to the loons, and we saw a shooting star! This place is a real gem, definitely looking forward to coming back.

The cabin was perfect. We enjoyed so many moments at the lake. Beautiful place and perfect place to stay. Very affordable and the staff was amazing. This will be our place to go when visiting!

Such an awesome experience! This was one of our several places we were staying on a road trip through maine and by far the best! Affordable, up to date cabins, awesome environment, comfortable bed! Very clean, great accommodations. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!

My cabin was the definition of cozy. Beautiful location on the lake to sit and watch the sunrise in the morning with my coffee.

This place was really unexpectedly wonderful. I lucked into it, although the online reservation system did help because some places in the area do not have that. The cabin was attractive and clean, with rustic, nature-and-Native-themed decor. With its high ceiling the cabin felt spacious, especially compared to a motel room. It had several beds and a small but thoughtfully-stocked kitchen, as well as a loft for extra sleeping space (this had a mattress but space for another extra air mattress for sure). Will showed me the lodge, and it was pleasant as well, complete with handsome, nonfunctioning fireplace, and imposing bearskin on the wall. You can rent that out for a good price for birthdays or events. There's a grassy spot on the property that could be used for an event tent or so
