Bear Creek Campground

I stayed in the Airstream Camper for one night and it was the perfect ending to my road trip. I was tired, and this peaceful little cocoon in nature felt like a moment suspended in time. The instructions sent before arrival were very clear and made everything easy. Parking was right next to the camper, and the place was easy to find. I didn’t have direct contact with the hosts, but the communication was smooth, kind, and professional. The camper is a small but perfectly optimized space — ideal for two people. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the blackout curtains all around, which gave the space a cozy, romantic atmosphere. This is a charming and secluded family owned campground. They take pride in this campground, and it shows. Very clean and freshly cut grass with multiple camping opportunities for tent enthusiasts along with RV and travel trailers. Extremely peaceful and away from the noisey city life. It is a perfect place for children to enjoy nature at its finest. The beautiful Back Creek runs along the campground with many opportunities to kayakers and anglers to catch that trophy WV musky, if you're lucky enough. Ten minutes from multiple stores. Dump station and water on site along with elecrric. I highly recommend Bear Creek Campground for a quiet romantic getaway or to get a child interested in nature. I can't wait to see what else the owners add to in the future.

Beautiful campground. We were in the area for a wedding and could not be happier with our accommodations for the extended weekend. Nice and quiet, secluded but not too far from Martinsburg and the surrounding areas. The owner was super nice and courteous. We will definitely be back, next time we're in WV!

One of the best campgrounds I’ve been to in a long time. Both Steve and Steve senior were fantastic hosts! The creek was great, the spots were nice and maintained, the hammocks and playground were fantastic. The rules were there but all fair. And the price point for the weekend was phenomenal. Only reason I can say not to camp here is so the spots are open for me next time 😅

By far one of the best campgrounds I've ever stayed at! Owners are super friendly. Very beautiful and right on the creekside. Beautiful beach area to enjoy! Highly recommend!!!!
