Overall the hotel has a great location, beats great sunsets, sunrise, food spots. Now, for a nicely price per night they should at least have better mattresses, and definitely offer room service. Towels were changed only when swapped for used ones, bed sheets …. Yup you have to change them yourself and bring your used ones down. Elevator,,. Super slow due to the weekend value of clients staying in there, either more elevators are needed or a better flow of clients needs to be put in place

This property is almost as bad as everyone says it is. I'm not sure who was able to change the name to "ghetto" hotel - but they're not far off. ||This is a split property, half Airbnb/rentals/hotel on one side of the building, and the other side is residences. We stayed in an Airbnb on the short term side, but you check in like a hotel at the front desk. The elevator issue is real and isn't just during high traffic times like check in and check out - it's pretty much all day, especially during the weekends when the property gets busier. The rooms themselves vary WIDELY depending on which one you get as many are independently maintained by hosts/owners, but my guess is that none of them are in fantastic shape. We stayed there with my wife and two 2 year old babies for three days on 21st floor. First of all, the room and especially kitchen (pans, plates everything) was extremely dirty. There were lots of white hair on the sofa. It seems they belong to the previous guests. There is no professional cleaning. For example, after Miami we have stayed at Home2 suites by Hilton at Orlando and we have seen the difference. This hotel is not suitable for people who want a decent and clean hotel. Second, there are almost 30 floors with 20 units at each floor and there are only two elevators for them. So you will have very very long wait times. The resort has valet parking system, 30 USD daily. To retrieve your car from the valet, you should wait at least 20 minutes. That is a great minus too. In addition, t

Meh lol Tons of additional fees, spent an additional $120 for a two night stay after already paying $650 to book the place. Also our car was like being held hostage by the valet driver at first lol we had to plead with him to let us get our things out of the car when we were checking in. Rooms are clean! View is wonderful! Service is just very mediocre. We left early hahahah

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, with a stunning ocean view, a pool with a view, a well-equipped gym, and a lovely beach with chairs and umbrellas. It felt very safe, which was especially important for us since we were traveling with our baby. Everyone was extremely welcoming, from the reception staff to the security team. Special thanks to Mohamed from security — he was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The company we booked with (Room 305’s) was outstanding. They were always checking in to make sure our stay was comfortable, and whenever there was anything that needed attention, it was fixed quickly and professionally. I will definitely always book with them and highly recommend them to my family and friends.
