Beach Vacation Condos South

My family and I have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for years, and this was the worst experience ever! The water in the kitchen didn't work upon arrival. After waiting several hours for maintenance to show up, my brother finally got the water working. The toilet in the half bath was broken, and needed to be replaced. The screws in the dining room chairs were loose and had to be tightened. The water pressure on the upper level was a trickle, which meant that 8 people were using one bathroom/shower! In addition, the three bedroom condo booked to accommodate the remaining family members, was on another property 15 minutes away. Because that unit had not been properly aired out and smelled like cigarettes, it could not be used the first day. Management did nothing, and we were required to

First I booked a 4 bedroom and a 3 bedroom. Requested they be close together. We were booked at 2 different lodgings 15 minute drive apart.||The Village: No water in kitchen ( my Brother had to fix that). Missing screws in the chairs and stools ( my Brother had to buy screws and repair them). Broken toilet on first floor ( Only one on that floor), maintenance who showed up the next day was unable to fix it and stated " at least we had 2 more, a plumber will cost $600" . He did work on the loose stairs. Upstairs tub and shower had only a trickle of water, we were told " they'd call the city and see if they could increase the water pressure ". Great place. The pool are was nice. Clean room and great service.

Worst place ever , dont waste your time or money at this facility. They charge a cleaning fee but dont clean. We had one shower that didnt even work we were supposed to have wifi but it never showed up on nobody's phone. We had 2 TVs that didn't work in the bedrooms. No hot water for the garden tub. The list goes on and on when we complained we were told someone would show but no one ever did. We talked to numerous people and got no where.

I just got back from a here and had a wonderful time. 3 bedroom over looking the water. Can’t wait to go back next year. I’ll be staying again at name of the suite Sea Blue Condo.
