Beach & Town Motel

This place is great to stay, you have ac, hot running water, pool, parking and a couch, and the bed is so comfortable! Also it was really unexpensive. Not only that, the staff is really nice. Huge shout out to Jonny thank you so much for your hospitality you made are trip to Miami so much nicer! 🫶

Positive: Nothing! Negative: This hotel is in a great need of an update! The rooms are VERY minima, and very dated furniture. The small refrigerator for example had rust all over the front. The rooms here are mostly the housing for low income occupants. Very noisy!

Place is usually pretty decent for the money. Only five two towels and have to keep asking for toilet paper! No soaps in the bathroom. You get a lot of unemployed locals trying to scrounge of you! Had one group that was up yelling and hollering all night. Woke up to broken Glass on the ground and trash. It's like the owners don't care. We've stayed here before and it was a little better. You get what you pay for. There's a u haul truck in parking lot that looks like it's being lived in!

This motel was the nastiest place I've ever stayed at in the continental U.S.. and I paid $600 for two nights. ||This motel is dilapidated, unsanitary, and unsafe. In the first room assigned to me, the tv didn't work, the bedding was dirty, the room smelled like pee, mold, mildew, and lemon. The only light in the room was dim purple. ||Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. This place needs to be shut down by the Florida health department.

The pics are deceiving!!! The first room they gave us had NO electricity, no blankets or towels the lamp was a bare bulb!!! The second room was the same except it did have electricity which made it even SCARIER. The front desk clerk only spoke spanish but was trying to be helpful thus the service score of 3 stars. There was not handicap access for my husbands wheelchair into the rooms which were 4 inches up from the walkway. The location was pretty dicey and needles to say we did not stay!! Still disputing with Booking.com on the charges.
