Beach Plaza

Nice plays. We enjoyed our time with my family of 4. The rooms are just nice and clean as in the pictures. The design brigs you the real miami art deco vibe. Juda was welcomed us in the hotel’s lobby area. He made sure we have every information we needed and answered all our questions politely. After we’ve checked out we could use the hotel’s nice lobby and veranda. A place to come back!

Avoid this hotel. No staff inside the premises. To get in you need an access code which did not reach us the day before check in as promised. We had to solicit it a few times and got if as we waited outside the entrance door. Moreover it did not work everytime. The hot water boiler was placed in the room and noisy. The room was not clean and as we switched on the hairdryer the power went off. We had to wait 1/2 hour to get the housekeeper....from another hotel. Skip this hotel, all guests we met in the cooridors shared this opinion, the nicer comment was "never again"....

This hotel is perfectly located, clean, and very up to date. Juda is a legend! He is so helpful at the front desk, available for any question and funny. Give this man a promotion and raise! He made the whole Beach Plaza experience fantastic! Will definitely come back :)

This place is great and the price is affordable for what it is. The location was perfect, it is a 5 min walk from the beach and there are many restaurants and bars around! They also have a private outside lounge area at the hotel which is so cozy for any group events or just a romantic night! We each got a water bottle in the mini fridge and a free tote bag from the hotel, which was a great souvenir! There is no 24h reception at the front door, but Juda was very responsive everytime we had a concern or question and would answer within minutes. Everything went smoothly and our stay was overall great! Thank you again, I highly recommend this hotel :)

Great hotel in the heart of South beach, walking distance to everything. Though there is no formal formal reception, there was someone always on site. Juda was extremely helpful and kind with all the request we had and the questions we asked, literally made our stay easier and more pleasant. The beach is 5 min walk, they partner with another company so you get complimentary beach chairs, and towels are provided. The room was clean, good mattresses, lots of coffee, tea and water. Great place overall.
