Baymont by Wyndham Tuscola

Had a terrible experience. Our key card didn't work, took them an hour and half to come fix the issue when the lady said 20 min. The whole 2nd floor smells like cigarette smoke, there was plastic gloves over our smoke detector, toenails were laying by the hot tub. Service just wasn't up to par, I will never book at this hotel again. Checked out after 5 hours of being there due to so many problems and they would not give a refund. I do not recommend staying here

The absolute worst possible hotel experience I've had in 15 years. Forced to pay $25 to check in early to a suite that hasn't been cleaned in weeks. No soap, stains and wrappers all over the room, along with some sticky residue on the tables. Doors are missing locks, the service desk receptionist is the absolute worst possible representative I've ever seen. I can't explain how disrespectful the whole experience has been. Never had the room cleaned or towels brought or new sheets.

No we checked out early at 5am after cutting on the light to go to the bathroom and roaches were crawling all over. I call the front desk and inform them the ask do I want another room. I told them no I want a refund. We got dressed shook all of our items loaded everything in the back of our vehicle. I went to the front desk and the assistant told me a manager would be contacting me Monday morning and I haven’t heard from them. So I call to speak with the manager this afternoon and was told the manager will call me back. I then called corporate and got a response.

For a very small town or for a big town this hotel was very nice, clean and friendly. The room was very spacious and had exactly what we needed!
