Baymont by Wyndham Kasson Rochester Area

I've been here since october since I got out of an abusive relationship , and a local program placed me n my children here to avoid homelessness. Since my stay here, I have had the maintenance guy try to walk into my room without knocking several times 1 time successfully mind you.I'm a female here , pregnant and alone with my children. The gentleman upfront just pushed it off, saying that this guy is room is 2 doors down.That's unacceptable as a repeated behavior zero repercussions on his behalf. Thankfully, tonight is my last night here. And as I have the trolley in my room to load up things to haul to my car as I'm 25 weeks pregnant, I was not about to carry everything out myself, he comes and knocks on the door and tells me another guest needs to use it, demanding or remove my things f

The bed was comfortable enough but the ceiling in the bathroom has rust all over it. The "hot tub" wasn't even luke warm. The breakfast was awful the sausage tasted like it had been freezer burned the waffle maker had been shut off an hour ish into the breakfast time and looked like it hadn't been cleaned recently dried out waffle batter all around it. The trash in the trash can had to have been there for a day or two atleast because it was full and there was hardly any guests in the hotel. If you need a place for a night it's probably fine but a long term stay isn't worth it. The staff is super friendly. We stayed for two nights and had no inconvenience. If you need towels, soaps or whatever you can ask for it at the reception and they will give it to you without any inconvenience. The rooms are large and super clean. We will definitely be back

I expected older, nothing fancy. But was disappointed with blood stains and crumbs on the sleep sofa sheets and what happened when I turned on the shower water. Bright red on the bottom of the entire tub. The water wasn’t brown it was whatever was in the tub.

Not a BAD place but the PET rooms are definitely NOT clean! LOTs of debris on the floor/behind dresser and night stand all along the edging of the wall and carpet. Once, Our sheets were dirty on one of the two beds! The beds/frames are not assembled correctly NOT SECURE and very uneven! HORRIBLY LOUD as well. We utilize this convenient location every week. Initially we were naive to EVERYTHIHG; about third party bookings, member rewards, weekly rates... Wyman corporate/guest services SAYS 24/7 representative available; however, our experiences have not been acknowledged nor have issues been resolved, the first month such as the "pet fee" they were charging us $25 EVERY DAY we saw an add online stating $20 per day, so once we communicated our frustration they did honor the lesser price. BUT
