Desk attendants and all other staff were very friendly, attentive, helpful and available. Public areas are clean and well kept. Wish I would have brought my swimsuit, there's a pool! There is no elevator, however I prefer an upper floor room and my request was easily granted. Our room was clean, comfortable, and complete, bed was very comfortable. The heater was quiet and easy to operate - adjustable shower head settings were a nice surprise. Appreciated that there was a bedside table on both sides of the bed (King bed room) Coffee in the lobby was good and available at all times. Unexpectedly had to get a hotel room due to a car accident and being without a vehicle. The staff was very understanding of our situation. We appreciated the flexibility and enjoyed our stay here, given the unfortunate circumstances.

Positive: The pool was nice and the location worked well for what we were in town to do. Negative: When my husband went to check out the desk clerk was asleep at the desk and was had to wake I have a picture of you are interested!

Loved this gem. The people who worked there were friendly. The breakfast was hot and delicious with eggs, sausage and gravy/biscuits. We had checked out and driven away and the receptionist called us two minutes after to let us know we left behind a sweater. I’ve NEVER had someone from the hotel call to let me know I forgot something. Seriously it was so kind and thoughtful of them!!!!! Thanks again! My dog loved it too :)

The room was very clean except for the toilet so I cleaned that with Lysol wipes. the toilet was broken and you had to shut off the water to the toilet every time you flushed. During the night, the refrigerator stopped working and ruined our milk. The hotel has a very serious humidity problem. The first floor was lined with humidifiers in the hallway. The musty smell from humidity was almost overwhelming. I’m glad we only stayed one night. Won’t stay there again when traveling. The continental breakfast consisted of cold biscuits with gravy, cereal, waffles, or yogurt, no fruit whatsoever. We had a Jacuzzi suite, but it was not worth the money, but we did receive a customer satisfaction discount because I complained about the problems which they could do nothing about because they have no
