Baymont by Wyndham Ferndale/Royal Oak

Will never stay here again front desk was awfully ,I seen a mom and 2 kids complaining about there room having blood all over and over all filth they told here oh well she booked the room it's not there problem, unbelievable. And my room had a bed that dipped in like a valley and toilet seat had no screws to hold it down i just fell off i have seen better motels in the worst areas of the hood in better condition, this place is a real filthy place they have no respect or compassion or morals they should be shut down for posting buitifull pictures of some other places that's not there's total lies and deception what a nightmare

It was quiet, but my bathroom tub was not clean and I wish I would’ve took before pictures. I took after pictures when I cleaned it. The pillows did not have all the pillowcases and I brought my other half from out of town here and took him there and he says you bring me to the club because it was night time and had blue red and green lights on the side of the hotel And then he said this look like the ones that we got back home in the ghetto then the elevator work, but then it didn’t work and they had tape over the part that shows you in the elevator. Which floor are you on this is somewhere I will not bring out of town company again

Worst hotel I've stayed in. No fridge in room. There was urine on the toilet when I got there. Kids running down the hallway all night. I think they just made the beds and took out the trash. No bulbs in lamps. Feel like I need a tennis shot for just walking in the building. But I was tired after a long drive. They charged $100 deposit per room and would not give it back until they checked the room . Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

Positive: Nothing Negative: They had no control over their hotel. Their needs to be a 24 hours security officer to help keep the hotel in tack. The place runs like it is the projects. Kids are always unattended without parents. People sleeping in stairway. All furniture had cayon

Not clean when I checked in my room the first time especially the bathrooms but the last straw was when I pulled the couch out for my brother jus check under your couches 🤢 however the front desk ppl are cool
