Baymont by Wyndham Denver International Airport

We had a great stay at Baymont by Wyndham Denver International Airport. The staff was absolutely amazing—very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. The hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for travelers who are just passing through and want a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to rest. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

My flight was canceled out of the Denver airport and Sun Country gave me a free night at this hotel. Outside of waiting a while for the shuttle at the airport, my experience was very good. The woman working at the desk was helpful and kind and my room was comfortable and warm. I had a very good night sleep and was ready for my day ahead in the morning.

Positive: When the pool was not available, we were given access to the pool at an adjacent hotel. It was perfect for a late afternoon swim--no other occupants! Thanks! Negative: There were little things that needed maintenance--light fixture in the bathroom was missing a globe, stain on chair, pillows on the bed all were shredded foam--seemed to be all the same.

Very busy, but convenient hotel near airport. Staff was AMAZING! The young man that helped us check in was very efficient and kind even though he was multitasking to help several customers with issues. The room was big, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The premises were clean all around too. Did not use all amenities but the indoor pool did look nice. My only complaint is that for an airport hotel, breakfast starts quite late and unfortunately not everything was put out by the time we had to leave. Shuttle service must be reserved in advanced so keep this in mind.

I stayed at this hotel from January 5–7, and this was my first and will absolutely be my last stay. Unfortunately, it was one of the most distressing hotel experiences I have ever had. Shortly after checking in, I entered my room and immediately noticed serious hygiene concerns. Most alarming was what appeared to be a bodily fluid stain on the upstairs couch, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and guest safety. Around the same time, my key card stopped working, requiring me to return to the front desk to report both issues. When I calmly reported these concerns, I was treated with a shocking lack of professionalism by the customer service representative on duty, an Asian male.
