Baymont by Wyndham Cheraw

Great customer service, very friendly. Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very respectful and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend to anyone that traveling and looking for a room to stay in the area.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Hotel is poorly managed and maintained. Had leaking faucet, poorly patched leak in ceiling ang badly worn out desk chair. Phone did not work. Wifi did not work until second day of stay.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and never had any problems or bad experiences. Clean room and comfortable bed. Most definitely served the purpose of what needed it for. Friendly staff. My only complaint was the blackout curtains didn't entirely cover the window.

Man at the front desk was rude and harassed us as soon as we got there and for the remaining of our time there would not recommend plus we found roaches in room and blood stain on bed sheets. The man was obviously racist and racial profiled us by saying we smoked in room but it already smelled like smoke when we go in the room. 0 out of 10 again would not recommend staying there the breakfast was also cheap they offered boiled eggs and toast and also try to make us pay a 10 dollar fee for housekeeping to clean room when it should already be included in our payment

It is cheap but you’re getting what you pay for, rooms are not to bad looking but the shower didn’t drain properly and if you run the HVAC your room will smell like the filters never been changed no clue how it’s got a 4 star rating
