When checking in everything seemed okay. Everything looked clean and in order. When we got to the room, there was a weird odor almost smelt like baby power. I went to the single unit to get air moving around, as I walked up to the unit. I realized that the face cover was halfway off, partially sitting on the ground. When I turned on the unit it made so much noise. My wife and I were in a rush so we quickly got changed and headed to our event we had planed for that evening. Getting back to hotel room later that evening. My wife mentioned a hair tie being on the bathroom door and asked if I had put it there. I said no, I haven’t touched any of your hair accessories. Conclusion, it was left over from the previous room guest. Out of my curiosity, I went to the bathroom to see how it checkout.

I arrived thinking we had a handicapped accessible room only to discover we had a 4th floor room. I mistakenly booked through a third party company through wyndom. Informed on arrival they only had one accessible room with one less bed. So 87 year old got the one bed. 63 year old had to sleep on the floor. Not what we planned for our special vacation They were quite rude about the situation. Front desk not too friendly. I had stayed here a few years ago and had a great stay. Sadly, now I wont be back. Would you? Going to be a long 3 days here. Time to look elsewhere on our next stay. Their loss

Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: The hotel itself was old. The ceiling tiles in the elevator, hallway, and in our bathroom were browning. They didn't look clean and fresh. The grout in our bathroom was gross. The breakfast on Monday am lacked choices. Not worth $----

Booked through a third party Wyndom resort group.|Our family stayed here a few other times. This time was not like the others.|The staff was rude and told us we didn't have a handicapped accessible room like we were told on the phone. |We ended up with a room and one less bed. So this 62 year old slept on the floor while my 83 year old mom got the bed.|We wont be staying here again.|The said part is I have 2 more nights here.|We wont ever stay or recommend this place again.|Would you?

Guys have in got a great story about this lovely hotel. First of all we showed up and my mother booked this hotel because she wanted a pool and a hot tub. Turns out the pool and hot tub are down for maintenance. Not only that they probably wont open up until 10am and checkout is at 11am. Next we get to the room the bathroom has a jet tub so I told my mother she was in luck she filled it up and guess what not button to turn it on so we call the front desk "oh that doesn't work anymore. So I check out the room has some nice reading lights hanging from the lamps next to the bed. Upon inspecting them one the lens was broken and it look like it had been tampered with the other just broken neither worked. Then I tried setting the ac to a beautiful 67 nothing.
