Positive: Breakfast , convenience and near by everything. We loved our stay Negative: Swimming pool water was dirty if they improve on pool water . Pool area is clean and all good but water quality must be improve

This place was ok the breakfast was a nice selection all employees were very nice and pleasant. The bar was nice, the pool nice, and it's in s prefect location. The only issue i had was the TV they really need to upgrade the tvs to smart tvs.

The hotel was great for the overall price of the stay, it was close enough to everything we wanted while also feeling secluded and off the road. The room was decent but the king bed did have a bad dip in the mattress on the one side that bothered my fiancé trying to sleep. The jacuzzi tub was awesome after a long day on the camelback mountain. The food and drinks at the Lounge were really good and the server Ryan was very nice and attentive. Would stay again.

First off front desk service was great! Then we get to the room part well i stayed in a hot tub suite and let me just say my towel was completely dirty. The rugs had a very moldy smell which is bad because my spouse has asthma. The ceiling was peeling off with stains on the top. I took photos of that. You could tell at the top there were cracks on the ceiling. Very outdated. Barely any sleep because kids were screaming up and down the hallway. Had to get out the next day couldn’t do it anymore. Very upset won’t bring my family here. Waste of my money :(

Overall excellent stay and accommodations my 4 year old didn’t want to leave! Only issues is the whole place needs some updating especially the pool and hot tub.. very run down and water drips from ceiling due to condensation. Other than that it was an excellent peaceful stay. Loved the lounge in the hotel had an excellent parmegranate martini! We had to stay an extra day due to the snow and they offered a 15 percent discount for the extra night!
