Bay Mills Resort & Casino

I was so happy that the new cafe has good prices on their drinks. I had a caramel iced latte and requested that it not be too sweet. The barista made it perfectly. The Lakeside Lounge is a beautiful area to sit and look out at the bay while you enjoy your coffee. With the new expansion, they have added amenities for families like a beautiful swimming pool with a splash pad, full arcade, and workout room. So impressed with how nice the new hotel is. Will definitely be coming back!!

All my reviews are first with customer service from the check in to the hotel. The front desk personnel have always been professional. The hotel rooms are being updated some have already been done. The rooms have always been clean and attended to. The house keeping staff have always been helpful. We really enjoy the restaurants here they have a wide variety to pick from. Their breakfast is very plentiful with a great view of the water. We have had the same waitress a couple of times she is very attentive. The casino staff are very attentive bringing beverages which enhances the experience. If you’re ever in the area make sure to visit.

We go here a few times each year for our northern get away and casino trips. We travel with different people who usually enjoy this place. The service here is excellent including the front desk, cleaning crew, restaurant staff and team serving drinks. We love the free drinks. We feel very special when a few of the barmaids/tenders recognize us when we only go a few times a year. Its a nice feeling. Rooms are a little dated but beds are very comfortable, includes a frig, are always very clean and have nice tvs. We also like the jacuzzi rooms/suites. Some of the rooms have nice views as well. They have been doing some updates like the new parking lot and new hotel wing that will be opening soon. Hopefully they expand the casino to support the added rooms. It would also be nice to s

My review is based solely on the casino, the casino is pretty small, the dealers are all nice and the cage actually let's you get whatever bills you want, if you wanted 1000 in 1s they'd give it to you. Only thing that could make it 5 star if it was a little bigger

Friendly and helpful staff. The casino has a nice variety of games without trying to be "Vegas style". I stayed at the hotel a few days after my birthday and had a nice little birthday gift waiting in the room. Very thoughtful. Nice location for Lake Superior views and rockhounding.
