BAY BREEZE RV park

Be careful when looking at this place and trying to choose a decent RV Park. I work on the road a lot and get moving around even more. I called to reserve a spot. I was told they would only hold it for me for 1 hour and needed cash to pay upfront. Let him know I was on my way. Once I got there there was no staff nobody at all to talk to or do any type of paperwork. Was told to just get the money fill out all the paperwork. Take pictures of my driver's license wrap the money in the paperwork and put it in the Dropbox. Basically check myself in and do everything. Then I asked how much I owed 450 from the first time I called him. Now it was 690. $200 deposit 450 for the Month and 40 dollars for two day I was not going to be there which is funny now not really. Super kind and thoughtful hosts :) I stumbled upon this place when my island plans collided with spring break time. Was the perfect place to have a little space from the SPI antics, post up and work for a week from the camper. Michael is super knowledgeable when it comes to rv’s and really helped me out a lot, super grateful for all the help and the hospitality!!!

The owner was friendly and worked with me on my Security Deposit.

Don’t fall for their lies they act nice and kind but at the end they stab you in the back they kept us going thru colds and heats always with the excuse they never had money to fix the central air when we were paying 1150 for a trailer trash trailer with holes outside the house think about it twice before u rent at this place we where there 8 months always having issues until we got fed up with it when we told them we were leaving they even offer for us to stay and they will lower the rent to 600 dollars from 1150 u should know the reason on why they low ball them selves to that price we are going to file a lawsuit against them after what they put us thru don’t wish this to anyone

Vary friendly, quiet, w/ds. We felt quiet and safe. Bird watcher and golf near by.
