Bay Breeze Inn

Spent a night here after my wedding, and it wasn't quite up to par, especially for the money. To start, the shower and bath barely had enough hot water to be comfortable, which lead to a cold shower after 5 minutes and a lukewarm bath. Perhaps more importantly was the fact that the cottages have locked doors between units which allow sound through badly. It was as if the neighboring guests were talking in the same room. To it's merit the cottage was very clean, well furnished, and had everything else we could've needed.

All year round we dine at their wonderful restaurant and bar within the inn called Watershed. This summer thy added a wonderfully designed outside dining area. The food and service are amazing. I highly recommend this gem. 💯⭐️

Great rooms with lots of light and views of the water. Neil at the bar was extremely kind to us even though the place was packed. Food and Live Music were excellent!

We really enjoyed our night at the Bay Breeze and the watershed. We checked in and went up to the cozy room with a huge king sized bed. We freshened up a bit and then headed downstairs for an amazing dinner with a terrific singer/pianist. The live music made it so magical. The burgers were fantastic!!! ||The Jamesport room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was immaculate. There was a coffee machine right outside the door of our room. ||The location was my favorite part. You are right at the beginning of the Long Island wine trail. We cruised up to Main Road and stopped at Paumanok on our way home. ||I would highly recommend the Bay Breeze. The staff was wonderful. It’s a really quaint family operated place. I can’t say enough. Book a night or two over there.

The Bay Breeze Inn in South Jamesport is a true gem. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, delivering 10/10 service from start to finish. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach and a quick drive to some of the best vineyards on the North Fork. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect base for a relaxing getaway.
