Love it. Great park❕Daily/ nightly parking is available. Electric is on point (other parks nearby didn't have as good). It's peaceful here & friendly people. I knew it was a good pick when talking to them on the phone.
This place is secured with multiple cameras and Donna watches everything like a hawk! Grass is cut regularly and in the event the power company has a shutdown, Donna notifies you promptly. Affordable rates and clear communication sets this place apart from the rest. WiFi is included and if it's slow she actually gets it fixed SAME DAY! Can't say enough how much I recommend Bates RV park!
We stayed here with Donna for several months. Owner of the rv park is as good as it gets. She is a very good person and treated us well. I would definitely stay there again!!
