Bartlett Shores

I stayed here for a week on my way to Minnesota and I loved this park. All the spots are very large concrete pads, big enough for my 38' camper and my truck and they each have There own little firepit. They have laundry on site and bath facilities in the nice "clubhouse" as they call it. The people that i spoke with while I was there were all super friendly. The park sits just far enough off I29 to where the traffic noise dosent keep you up at night. They have these really appealing converted shipping containers into cabins that I thought was really cool.

Large park. Plenty of spaces. Updates to the park are in progress. Our spot was #1. Large yard. Only down fall was the dusty road headed to the river. Office staff was always friendly and helpful. The park is pretty isolated. Omaha is about a 30 min drive. Park was quiet. Neighbors were respectful. Sunsets and sunrise were beautiful.

If you want quiet and remote, look no further than this place is literally in the middle of nowhere. There was no campsite host and I couldn’t find the dumpster for trash disposal. As far as restrooms, there was only a portable-john from what I could tell. If you aren’t well-equipped, this place is not for you. However, it was quiet and the morning sunrise was unbeatable. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because there was no amenities whatsoever other than electric, sewer and water.

We stayed here for 3 months this summer while I was working in omaha. Campground was perfect for our needs, staff was friendly and responded promptly to issues. Sites were large fairly level and utilities worked as they should. There are limited amenities on site but they are a work in progress and hopefully we return to the area sometime in the future so we can see them completed. Only reason for 4 stars was mother nature! Flooding on the Missouri pushed ground water up on our side causing slight flooding and the storms can be fairly intense.

So glad I found this park. I stayed midweek. Loved the easy online reservation and check in process. I had spot 11 in a small camper van, used only electric, and had no issues. Each spot has a generous paved patio area. Bring an umbrella or awning to enjoy the space. There is no shade. Lots of friendly smiles and waves on the way in. The clubhouse is newly renovated and open 11-4 and 5-9. It has a nice lounge area, showers, and laundry. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Price was good value for the experience. The place has a lovely isolated get-away-from-it-all vibe, but is still convenient to Omaha and Lincoln. Recommend and will visit again.
