Barrett's River Lodge on South Holston River

We enjoyed our 4 day and night vacation at Barretts river lodge. Very clean and nicely furnished. Host was very accommodating and answered any questions that we had. The only thing that could be better would be for guest to be able to drive around to kitchen entrance to load and unload upon arriving and leaving. The steps are very steep and makes it very hard on older people when loading and unloading. The private dock was Awesome and we will definitely be making this our yearly family get away.

Great host. Everything was as described. Plenty of room, very clean well supplied, beauty dock overlooking the river. Made great memories with our friends from Lake Greenwood Powerboat Club . We will be back.

Rooms were clean but towels in the bathrooms and kitchen were dirty. Spare clean ones were provided. Overall a good place to stay.

Great property in a great location if you’re fishing the South Holston. I’ve stayed there three times and will definitely stay more. Dock on river is awesome!
