Barona has become the tightest casino around. I was a platinum player who had just got lowered to gold status. You get nothing with gold status. I guess they think I don't play enough. I don't because you don't win. This place was a fun place in the past, but even by giving them ideas to improve, they ignored everything. You might get a bonus, but it won't pay much. The machines are dirty. If they see you going to the ATM, your night is over. They obviously watch you because you will never win again. The bathrooms are clean, the food is so-so. The coffee shop is good, but there are not enough employees so the line gets long. They stand in the corner and talk. The atmosphere is good but the music is too loud. Was planning on making this my new home casino after their new club rewards program until today. Recently they changed it to different levels got certain amounts of free play on a daily basis, which is awesome! I only received $10 per day, but hey, it’s something… I was happy with it. 10x day is coming up and I was going to make the switch from my other casino, to this one. Go in there today, and my offers have been revoked, as well as my wife. The last two days we’ve been profitable and able to play off of just the free play believe it or not. Apparently that’s grounds for them to take your free play away. First off, Baronas VIP Host Yo is amazing and she alone makes going to Barona worth it. She is extremely accommodating and extremely congenial. After playing at the surrounding casinos, Yo and Barona are by far the best. The rooms are clean with amazing views and the food is high quality and fresh. For me, the drive is worth it to have such a friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend Barona.
