Where do I even begin, first let me start by saying that 95% of the time my online reviews are of a positive nature. Very sad to have to leave such a negative review but it must be said. I booked 3 units here for Dec 4-6 2025 one room for my wife & I, a room for my daughter, son in law & grandsons, and a room for my son and his girlfriend. My son’s room was ready first so we all went there first. As we were unloading the cars a maintenance man told us that he turned the water off for the building as he was making repairs to the building, (water was turned off for 3 hours). Once inside the unit we had a view of the pool, unbeknownst to us we see workers with concrete saws cutting in new pool tiles around the pool, concrete dust flying everywhere. Positive: The cleanness but the bed was to soft Negative: No water pressure

This place was quite beautiful. The condo we happen to rent was nice- however -the condo, our friend rented which was a two bedroom which wasn’t quite as clean. Especially the shower. But other than that, no complaints

Even though we stayed in a two bedroom condo we were allowed only one parking space. The office personnel stated that they were concerned about having enough parking available. There was no shortage of parking spaces. Their recommendation was to park down the block and across the street at an unprotected open parking lot that charged me over $70 for one overnight stay. They could have easily accommodated what most hotels would provide with no problem but chose to instead create a last minute issue with an unacceptable solution.

most ground level has fallen into disrepair unfortunately due to hurricanes. we had 5 different rooms here and all were dirty. dirty dishes, dust, dirty floors. wonky door locks/keys. everyone had allergy problems due to MOLD. listen, I live in florida almost my whole life so I know how these things work. Unless they conduct a full mold remediation process, THERE IS MOLD, THERE WILL BE MOLD! And you will have reactions to it.
