Simply the best. The service is outstanding, from the moment you are greeted by the personnel opening your car door for you. No, before that: I spoke with concierge, Matt, for almost an hour BEFORE our stay, planning our transportation for tours and visits during our stay! Upon arrival, Beto toured the grounds with us to ensure we had the lay of the land and set us up in our suite. The attention to detail from the staff at Lucy is astounding. Simply remembering my name and treating me like an old friend made me feel warm and welcome. Maria noticed I was not feeling well and immediately arranged for hot tea and ginger ale to be delivered to my suite! Everything about our stay was phenomenal. We cannot wait to come back. Our suite was so beautiful, clean, luxurious, pampering. The outdoor shower was insane. The jacuzzi, the steam shower. So great. Incredible stay, great check-in, we rented a car but it was very nice that the had a "shuttle" for the local area (shuttle meaning a brand new lexus), very cute town, did a morning bike ride with their bike, great massage, close to great restaurants / wineries. Rooms always were clean we came back.

This is cross-posted from our review of Lucy since the restaurant is on the property and management continues to ignore attempts to address this. Dining-wise, we had a mixed experience here. The ambiance and interior of the restaurant is pretty nice, and the food itself was quite good. However, service was a bit lacking. We were rarely checked on and often waited for quite awhile at various points of our meal. For just two people, I think we were there a couple of hours. It was a bit puzzling since other tables that arrived around the same time or after all made it out before us. The most significant issue is with the pet menu.
