Nice guy running the place. Large spots with all hookups. Laundry, but only during office hours. Great price. Near Love's truck stop and a Petro with an Iron Skillet. Very easy in and out with a 33 ft 5th wheel.

Trains are a bit loud but after a few days we didn't even notice much. Help is top notch owner or manager Darren was a pleasure pleasure pleasure to meet and took great pains to assure park is clean. Very nice restroom. Thanks Ricky White home is where you park it

Easy access, check in was easy & very friendly. The utilities were fine (we had 50 Amp). The site is hard dirt & level. We are a 40 ft RV & we were in a pull thru that barely fit our RV & tow. There is road noise from the I-40 & the train runs at the back of the park approx every 10-15 mins all day & night. No horn but constant rolling sound & a little shaking. We stayed 1 night & would stay again.

Great spot for a quick overnight stop. Extremely friendly operators. Very helpful. Wifi is lightening fast, which made the kids happy. Good competitive price. Would recommend.

This is a great place for an overnight stay when you're tired and just need some rest in order to continue on your journey. Reasonably priced and accessible when theyre closed. Just pull up to the office and they have a board showing which sites are available. There is a drop box to pay for the site. The lady I spoke with as I was leaving I the office was SUPER polite. I highly recommend that if you need a place to park in Grants, NM that you make this your stop.
