I can't give you any information on rooms and I won't give one star for service. I was told to be there yesterday at 9am for check in, then got a call back said they had emergency plumbing was messed up. Could I wait till later to come in. I said yes for the hospitality of my animals that I was supposed to be giving as they are service support animals. So then we get a call back at 1pm and then no call back no answer at all I drove over a 100 miles to stay at this place. With Damien having no consideration on giving us a call back Damien just left us hanging in the wind with no reservations any were else at the time. We are enjoying our stay here so much!! Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the location is awesome. The gentleman running the front desk is super helpful and kind, would definitely stay here again!

The manager is out all night partying and getting drunk wants to be everybody's buddy at first and then wants to have a group meeting and chat with customers for no reason and likes to kick them out if things don't go his way there's no soda or snack machines there's no ice for the customers Damon the manager is very rude always high or drunk and office is never open during business hours and after we tried to pay they came late at night thinking it is our responsibility for them to give us a call to pay for our room but he was there all day to receive the money and didn't know how to enter the computer himself so how is he supposed to be a manager of this company I do not know maybe Garrett the DM district manager over this hotel she'll look into his employees a little better because this

Spoke to the owner on the phone today. Extremely nice individual. Great prices and they will accommodate your fur babies. I can't wait for our new start. For us, it starts here.

I absolutely love staying here. It's right off of 76 country blvd and rooms are clean and beds are comfortable and apartment size fridge 5 cubic ft. Tall ..the new managers are so nice and good people. . Very clean and bigger room and cable TV and wi-fi free too.
