Ballinger Inn

Well I was wondering about this place. But when I checked in and seen my room I was very pleased. It was clean. The shower was slow starting but was nice. Brand new led tv's. They even hung them high on the wall so you can see them when you in bed. And let's talk about the bed. I guess all the rooms have sleep number beds. Sweet deal. I slept very good. My number was 65 The air was ice cold too. I had a great nights sleep. So if you need a place for the night give it a try!

We only stayed a few hours here so I can’t say a lot. We rolled in at almost 2am and the gentleman answered the door fast and was friendly. The room was very clean, reasonable, convenient, and the tub didn’t sink in when stepping in for a shower. A few recommendations: should put a fan in the bathroom so it doesn’t get moldy and maybe get frosted window film on the bathroom window! Overall a good experience!

Nothing wrong with it. Clean. Has what you need or what we needed. Tub/shower, cable TV, microwave, refrigerator. We stayed 1 night and we satisfied. The price is right. There was an issue with the hot water for everyone.

Great hotel for the price. Best of the 3 options in town. Of the other 2 options, one is way overpriced and the other looks like a trap house. But Ballinger Inn is the perfect middle of the road. Not a 5 star hotel, but the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, AWESOME pillows, and newly renovated bathrooms. And I don't mean they painted over an old plastic tub. New tubs, new tile, new toilets, new fixtures. They did a good job. I will be staying here again when I'm in Ballinger.

The beds are sleep number beds and are great. The vanity areas in the 2 rooms we stayed in were nice as they had been redecorated with new formica, sinks and faucets. The paint on most of the walls was OK. The carpet was OK, too.||Now we come to the bathrooms. These were pretty much a disaster. Mold in the grout; one of the tubs had so much iron rust from the water it looked dirty. One of the faucets only had the shower option, not that I would have sat in the tub... One of the faucets was "cranky" and would only turn on the shower half way. One of the rooms had more mold in the bath than the other. We first stayed in Rm 115, then asked to change rooms the next day and we were moved to room 112. There is cable or satellite TV, but the pictures in both rooms were "snow-flakey". Not so that
