Backyard Lodge Motel

Was able to get a room without a reservation. Car port saved my new truck from the storm! Great ownership and a dog my wife would have tried to take home in the lobby! Great place!

I stayed 6 days during the hunting season. Wonder host, great location, access to grill, kitchen with stove, microwave, sink, and HEATED!!!! I cooked my lunch and dinner everyday, and even was able to process my deer in a heated room with a sink. Will never stay anywhere else!!!! Very reasonably priced also.

Front desk was very friendly. SEMI PARKING PET FRIENDLY. Was very pleased with my room was clean and comfy. Reasonable rate. Will stay again if I'm n area. Draw back, showers no tubs n non smoking but cute benches outside of rooms. Ty very much

We arrived on Friday evening to visit with our grandson. My husband reserved room 111 for two nights. When we opened the door there were flies and gnats in the rooms. When I sat on the bed, the mattress was wet. We couldn’t adjust the thermostats. When we asked for a refund we were told the room was fine, no problems. If you want to stay in a room with gnats, flies and a wet bed, this is the place to stay. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I am posting this review from my daughter’s phone. Mrs James Dollar

Each year we stay at Backyard Lodge while hunting!!! Clean rooms with a common area with use of grills! Walk to 2 Mexican restaurants, North edge of town!!! Jonny Cash stayed here once!!!!! Recommend
