Ayres Hotel & Spa Moreno Valley

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a Spartan race and it was the best decision we made. The rooms were nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the breakfast!! Was hands down one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and the service from Patty was great!! Her salsa was delicious and she always made sure we needed anything and kept the area clean and stocked. Thank you patty for the great experience and delicious food. I will definitely be staying her again.

The check in experience was easy and simple. The rooms were dated and in need of servicing. The electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work so making coffee with the provided coffee maker was challenging as the coffee maker had to be moved. There were no electrical outlets in the room near a mirror so using the hair dryer to dry my hair in the morning was difficult. The carpeting was ragged and looked unclean. All this would have been okay; except the day of checkout, we were harassed by the staff. When reservations were made, we asked for and paid for late checkout. The maid was attempting to access the room at 11:30 AM and was told we had late check out. That should have been the end of it. Nope the front desk called and asked when we were leaving. Returning guest, second time staying there. We loved the services and the room on our first visit. This second time unfortunately it’s for a funeral service with my girlfriend and her family. I have to say, we truly appreciate the amazing customer service we have gotten from Audrey, she was extremely helpful, explained everything to us very clearly, provided exceptional customer service. It’s a big group coming in and it’s been very helpful to have such a light spirit, positive energy and great customer service person helping us. Thank you Audrey!!! We came for the spartan and had an amazing time at this hotel. We received amazing service, the room was great and pool area was great. They offered an amazing breakfast and The star of the show was PATTY who works in the breakfast café. She was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond our entire stay to help us. We came with a group of 20 plus people and she was amazing. We left talking about how awesome she was.

Positive: The free breakfast was great, staff attitudes were welcoming. Negative: On my floor they were renovating and the smells where killing my sinuses
