Augusta Motel

Looks like an absolute dump of a location. There are a number of repairs that are required on the outside and I cannot imagine anyone who stays here getting any quality in their stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying somewhere else so you do not have issues during your time here. Hotels are in Staunton and are of better quality.

Good luck having hot water. Roaches were terrible... And management spoke to ppl about our business they had no right to nor obligation to. Including telling people we lived there that asked which is supposed to be part of a privacy protection. They were nice to face then 2 faced other wise which is sad bcuz management are the owners. If you dont have a place to live then it works and cheap but its a last resort.

So many problems. Most of the time there is no hot water! You can't run the microwave and the AC at the same time without snapping the breaker. Although there are renovating they are not fixing the problems. The only plus here is that it is cheap and they allow pets. After a year there stuck, we just had to leave. They never have got water.

I was picking up a family member and will say that this isn't your traditional Motel. Most, if not all of the people here actually rent these rooms as living quarters. The rooms are older, but they are clean with no signs of bugs of any kind. The people there all seem friendly enough and the management isn't up in everyone's business and don't have a lot of the regular " No this and No that's". The manager was actually spoken highly of as being reasonable and fair. The location is a Rural area, almost a "Country" setting if you will. Like other places, it is a little more expensive to reside here instead of a traditional home, but then again you have no other utilities...so in all actuality it's probably a deal. Enjoyed my visit.

I've lived here on and off for 4 years. It's like every place you rent, there is always going to be something wrong with it, especially with how old it is. But the owner is an amazing person to rent off of and a great friend.
