UPDATE: GOT THE MONEY BACK after 100 calls AND 2 days later got charged the same amount on my card. Still trying to figure out what’s happening and how they can charge my card after 1 month. 2 hours on the phone and still no solution. Why do you even have my card information 1 month after my check out? I left with the best impressions of the hotel itself, however I have been struggling for three whole weeks to get my deposit refunded. At check-out, I was assured that the refund had already been processed, yet three weeks later nothing has been received. They are completely unresponsive to emails. When I call, they keep reassuring me that the refund has been made, but they never provide any proof. No matter how positive your stay may be, situations like this completely overshadow the exp

Generally a good experience, however not much in the way of amenties. There was no allergen information at breakfast and it was a struggle to get any accurate information from the staff there. The reception staff were also a bit unhelpful as they couldn't supply any allergen info either. No option for late checkout either.

We stayed in two bedroom suite yesterday. We found it strange that there was absolutely no crockery in the kitchen area, not a glass or mug, no cutlery, no plates. Also the suite slept up to six people but only one chair around the raised table, we felt there should be at least 4. Also no balcony furniture which would have been nice given the gorgeous views. The guy checking us in was not friendly at all, barked orders at us but mumbled at the same time and not welcoming however the female receptionist was very helpful. Given the cost of the room I personally would have expected more amenities in the rooms, it felt like a 'party room' and with a balcony for smokers. In fact there was leftover decorations still dangling from the air vent in our room! Breakfast basic and lots of it cold but

Functional. We were looking for a hotel with a separate living/sleep space because we were traveling with our 18 month old baby. This has a separate small living and kitchen space that provided some extra room and we were able to have dinner while baby slept in the bedroom. The room also had an extra power room which was very convenient. In that sense, it was functional and exactly what we needed. The room was ok; not beautiful, not ugly. Basic but clean. The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or any equipment. So it’s more like a wet bar. But it is very convenient to have a small fridge and microwave when traveling with small kids. The location is perfect in Brickell. Across the street is a Publix, also very convenient. The low points for me were the included breakfast and the pool area. Br

I do not recommend this hotel. At check-in, we were informed that our reservation had supposedly been canceled a few days earlier. The hotel claimed this was due to a lack of prepayment, despite the fact that we had booked with the pay-at-the-property option. The hotel never informed us in any way that the reservation had been canceled. What is even more concerning, the reservation was still shown as active in the Booking.com app at the time of our arrival. Because all rooms were sold out, we were left without accommodation with two small children. At that time, due to a public holiday, there were no available hotel rooms anywhere in Miami. The manager, Mariano, tried to conceal the hotel’s mistake and shockingly suggested that we take a walk around Miami in the middle of the night with ou
