Astronaut Motel

I was in such a jam the kids were exhausted from a long ride and my sister told me about the astronaut so i crossed my fingers and not only did they have available rooms BUT it didnt break my bank. Jackie was absolutely amazing. I give that girl credit. She was so down to earth. The pool was beautiful. The kidw loved the arcade. It was right on the beach. All we needed was right there! Clean rooms, great prices, great company. The employees were so nice too from housekeeping to the pool guy. Already booked for august ❤️

Love this place so glad it's still there 😁 our vacation spot every August for the first twenty plus summer's of my life. Remember when Pat owned it and then Ed took over the hotel. My family is gone but I hope to get back soon 😍

I visit Wildwood crest almost every year, I usually stay at the Villanova, but my husband decided to book at the astronaut motel this year! The room was absolutely disgusting! The service sucked and I say this because I went to the office to ask for fresh towels and this guy responded with "you gotta ask your girl" I guess he meant the girl who was scheduled to clean our room, which we opted out of since it wouldn't have made a difference! So we never got our clean towels because I didn't know who "the girl" was!!! Also the day we were leaving, we saw some rooms being cleaned and they were much better than our room and updated! So, we will never return to this place and if you happen to stay here and you get room 216, RUN!!!

Location is perfect. Pool is always warm. Slide is awesome. Rooms are clean and the staff is the best. 10/10.

This was by far the worst motel experience I’ve ever had. We booked three rooms for three nights, expecting a basic level of service — but what we got was complete chaos and disrespect.||||To start, the rooms were absolutely filthy. The toilet in one of our rooms was yellow and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. When we called the front desk to report it, no one cared. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the problem — just pure indifference.||||Even worse, we were forced to move to different rooms each night. Yes, every single night. The motel staff told us the owners of the property “share” the rooms and when they show up, paying guests have to vacate. We had children with us, and having to pack everything up each night and move to a new room was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptab
