Aspenwood Lodge at Arrowhead feels like a property that once had charm but is now running on neglect. Poor Aesthetics & Maintenance The hallways look terrible—spotty paint jobs, scuffed walls, and patchy touch-ups that make the entire building feel half-finished or abandoned. It’s obvious that cosmetic upkeep is not a priority here. The vibe is less “luxury lodge” and more aging apartment complex. Worn Interiors Inside our unit, things weren’t much better. Furniture was dated, fixtures were loose, and the heating system made strange noises all night. The whole place could use a full refresh—fresh paint, updated décor, and basic repairs.
