ASPEN HOTEL ROGERS ( FORMERLY AMERICINN)

This was my favorite hotel I can recall staying at. The layout was different and I liked it. It was the best night sleep I ever had, with the most clean looking rooms possible. They had great Tv stations, a pool, breakfast for free, great location for business and good food within walking distance. With nice staff. Couldn’t ask for more.

Positive: Close to freeway Negative: Little league teams staying there, lots of noise and breakfast was not enough for everyone. Woman at front desk was very unfriendly.

I stayed here this past weekend with my sisters. We checked in late Friday night and there was a man in nothing but his underwear sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Strange experience to say the least... Then, walking to our room we noticed a strong mildew smell in the hallways and it only got worse in our room. It felt very humid in there. The room also wasn't very clean. My sister's refused to take a shower all weekend because of how dirty the bathtub looked. I had some disinfectant wipes in my car and gave the tub a thorough wipe down and the wipes were pretty gross after cleaning it. All in all, I wouldn't recommend staying here. If they fixed the humidity problem and cleaned the rooms better, it would be such a nice place to stay and at a very reasonable price.

Booked this room thinking we could grab breakfast before we left in the morning. Webpage said they had free breakfast hotel directory said they had breakfast and showed where to go. The bathroom we very dirty, dirt and hair in the bathtub and hair on the floor. Beding had stains and the room was generally not clean. I didn't complain about the room being we didn't get there till late and just wanted to rest. I. The morning when I went for breakfast the room was locked so I asked where to go the front desk just laughed and said they hadn't served breakfast for about two years. They had a small paper at the front desk that said that they canceled breakfast. I said they should update there online info and he just blew me off.

It was a place to sleep basically. The sheets were not fresh because there was hair on them. there is black mold inside the air conditioning unit.We had to unplug the lamps to turn them off. There are ants on the floor in the bathroom along with a leaking toilet. While getting ready in the morning the smell of cigarettes was heavy in our bathroom even though it’s a non smoking hotel. I did ask if it was fully non smoking and the front desk said yes it was so I told her about it and I’m not sure if she did anything but it eventually went away when we were leaving. The bed was comfortable at least. we were in room 101
