ASHLEY INN

Amazing stay! The motel has been completely renovated with new rooms and a fresh look. I wasn’t expecting this—back in 2022 it was nothing like this. The new owners did a fantastic job. Definitely worth staying here!

It's being remodeled and our room had a bed, desk and fridge/microwave cabinet. No chairs, no nightstands, no lamps, exposed wiring in old receptacle holes. The only outlet for my cpap was on the opposite side of the room. Glad I travel with 2 extension cords. The front desk is unmanned and there's construction dust and debris everywhere. Our room was dusty-dirty. We had no bath towels. There were construction workers grilling and cooking outside the hotel and had extension cord running out windows.

Husband stayed here due to a job in the area. He ended up checking out early due to job ending. Although, there was an agreed upon refund to both I and booking.com of 5 days 6/23-6/27. We still have not received the refund. Would not recommend this inn at all.

This place was a nightmare. T.v didn't work, the pillows looked like they had spots of blood on them. I requested a 2 bed room got one. They gave me a key to the wrong room. Finally got a 2 bed room and no key, it smells like an ashtray. They have non smoking and smoking rooms, I requested one without smoking bc I had 2 children with allergies. The towels I'm hoping are just stained and not dirty. Bath tub didn't drain. The knob on shower was so hard to turn I thought maybe it just didn't work. Bathroom probably hadn't been clean in god knows how long.

Customer service was terrible. The lady in the front rolled her eyes at me as I told her I was locked out of my room and became safety issue. They don't like cash. So don't try to use. She will do as little as her job requires. Including stand up. I was there for 2 weeks due to surgery issues and she would make sure I didn't qualify for bulk rate by canceling reservations. She would complain that she got woken up. I had to purchase earplugs for this stay so it's not at all quite...there is alot of dirt on the walls and I would have cleaned it myself had she been more pleasant but instead. I'm here. The housekeeping staff was overworked due to understaffing. I've worked as an innkeeper before and there is nothing worse than the one they have there..she was rude and condescending. And I was
