Ash Creek Mobile & RV Park

This is amazing place to live, Staff is amazingly helpful and kind . I have a some crazy high standards from traveling All Over America. This RV park is one of the best I've ever lived at the bathroom is always clean and nice never crowded the spots are spacious with a beautiful privacy hedge all the way around your spot, the neighbors are all a little older but that doesn't stop them from having a great time, really really clean. I really love it here. Update Still here been here 8years it is so incredibly nice. Still have very nice things to say about this place we now call home

In-laws bought a prefab home and put it on lot here. Good community of people, but things have taken a dip over recent years with it's owners. First, the lot numbers aren't exactly orderly. You live here, and you order something online, your delivery driver WILL get confused in searching for your house within the park. The key issue is the owner announcing an unnecessary ten percent rent increase a year beyond standard inflation rates. They are known for being big spenders of their toys. Estimated, my In-laws rent will double within 5 years. Retired with a fixed income, they are now in the market to have to move. Eventually priced out of their home because the owner wants a new muscle car. It's no longer a sustainable place for retirees, or anyone who doesn't get a ten percent raise every

We were so lucky to find this RV we transition from a house into full-time RV. We're only going to stay here for a month but anybody looking for an RV spot this is the place to go.

Lived here for 10 years It saddens me greatly to say that the park has taken a turn downward what use to be well kept is now being unkept and showing its age but still a safe place to live

Have had a lot of family live here, great spot smack in the middle of monmouth/Independence. Not far from any store or trolley/bus stop. They have what they call The Hall, where you can rent out for parties or family gathering of any kind, which my family have utilized hundreds of times. Nice, clean park to be at.
