We had a very nice stay with a beautiful view. The room was spacious. The kitchen was very helpful. Free coffee at 7 am was very helpful. My only issue was that the TV didn't work. It was missing something and there were wires sitting on top. The front desk couldn't do anything to fix it. Other than that it was a great stay.

The location is great and right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Easy walking to all the shops. The hotel rooms are a little dated and need to be refreshed before long. The room attendants were not given the proper supplies to attend to the rooms. (we ran out of toilet paper LOL). The parking is expensive but they do have valet. The one upside to our whole visit was Kayla W. at the front desk. She made sure to find some paper for us expeditiously and a couple extra towels for us to shower. The brightest part is that she did all of it with a smile. We left the hotel talking about what a great person she was to go above and beyond after the prior desk person had completely ignored our concerns about running out. Great Job, Kayla!!

Safe, comfortable hotel with a nice view of the Bay (as advertised), a small functional balcony with two chairs, and thus a sliding glass door that allowed ocean breezes. The front desk folks were OK, but were not particularly friendly or helpful. The valet guys were great. The main thing was the comfortable room - in the small hotel space they had a fit in a well-stocked kitchen with a full fridge, stove, dishwasher, dishes, etc. The bathroom was nice with space to put out toiletries. Good lighting throughout, good plugs for electronics. The hallways and guests were quiet and clean. Good value overall.

I've stayed at multiple units here and enjoyed all of them. The building mixes hotel, rentals and ownership. It's not a problem from my perspective, I've found it to be very calm and noise-free. The parking garage is convenient and easy to find spots and navigate. The area is incredible, it's right in the best part of the Grove.

However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the booking experience and customer service. I booked through a third party and later learned that the reservation was considered an Airbnb within the hotel, which was not clearly communicated upfront. Once this was discovered, interactions with the front desk became noticeably less accommodating.
