We had an incredible experience staying at this hotel with my family. From the moment we arrived for check-in, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality, along with great recommendations about the neighborhood. The rooms are very spacious, much better than other hotels in the area where we’ve stayed before. It made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. They offer breakfast in the lobby in the morning and a bar in the evening, and in both places the staff were absolutely lovely and always ready to help. I especially loved being able to enjoy my favorite drink in the comfort of the lobby when it was freezing outside. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for my visit. One of the highlights was the lovely coffee and pastry bar. The selection of pastries was simply irresistible, and the coffee was exquisite—perfect for starting the day on a high note or enjoying a cozy afternoon break. My stay at Arthouse was an absolutely wonderful experience. I was traveling alone to New York for some quiet relaxing time and this hotel was the perfect choice.|I arrived early and was waiting for early check-in. There was a slight delay due to my unofficial English name, but the staff handled it so thoughtfully. They gave me a voucher for coffee and pastries at the cafe while I waited, and even upgraded my room to one with a balcony!|Even though I didn't spend all my time outside, having a balcony as spacious as the room itself provided such a sense of healing. It even started snowing, which made the whole stay feel so romantic. The bedding was spotless, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. I would definitely choose Arthouse again for my next trip to NYC.

I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at Arthouse Hotel in New York to think twice. It has now been over one month, and I STILL have not received my $650 deposit refund. I stayed from January 22–27, paid a $500 deposit and then an additional $150 deposit when extending one night. Since checkout, I have been calling daily, leaving voicemails for the front desk and accounting department, and sending emails — and I am being completely ignored. No one provides clear answers. No one follows up. No one takes responsibility. On top of that, they charged my card $229 in “urban fees” that were NEVER clearly disclosed during booking or at check-in. These fees were not properly explained, and no one can even tell me what these so-called “urban fees” actually cover. How are you chargin
