Arrowhead Cabins and Camping

Beautiful area. We have stayed in almost each of the fun, variety of cabins. Owner is just a lovely, kindhearted human being. So helpful and intentional with the guests. We love seeing Dog-Dog offering hellos to everyone visiting. River is always fun whether cold or warm. It's nice to drift off and space out, heal a little from the day in and day out. Fishing is great, dragonflies will visit you while waiting on a bite. We visit 2-3x per year. Highly recommend. 🩵

Camped alongside river first night. In the morning witnessed my first ever River Otter swimming in river. Owner was not aware she even had Otters in the area. It started raining and all my gear got wet so she allowed me to sleep in the bunkhouse the next night.

Peaceful, and the River is just outside your cabin. Remember to bring all your bedding and pillows with sheets and blankets. You'll also need towels and ALL your bathroom needs. There was toilet paper, at least in our cabin there was. For the kitchen, you'll need towels, dishwashing soap, seasonings, etc. Provided was; Electric stove, dishes, utensils, cups, a couple of pots, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The above listed items were in OUR Cabin, which was basically the same items as listed on their website. This is a quieter area without all the tourists. I would recommend it.

This place is for sale and I WISH i had the money to buy it! I would never leave. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and taken care of. I camped on the river for 15 bucks a night. Not bad. They have cabins, rv hookups, camping spots. Super friendly staff and the owner is awesome all the way around. She went out of her way to make sure everyone was taken care of and happy. They have a bunk house with large kitchen, microwave, stove, ping pong, utensils, tables, fridge and freezer. The bathrooms and showers are CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! I was a bit surprised by this because the place looks a bit rustic. I’ve been visiting arrowhead for 3 summers now!! It’s my go to place! The owners and staff are the best people. The facilities are great! Showers, toilets, ice, firewood…. It’s all right there on the beautiful Caddo river. With a swimming hole, some small rapids and a rope swing! We camp right on the water and the bunkhouse is amazing for a large group. Family and pet friendly. Arrowhead really has it all!
