We only stayed for one night but I would recommend to anyone looking for affordable accommodations. Our room was very clean, the air conditioning was the best and Hope, the manager was a pleasure to deal with. Its not a plush hotel but its certainly clean and comfy and that's exactly what we needed.
Great Winter retreat !!!||Our snowmobiling club from Pennsylvania (Blue Mountain Snowmobile Club) has been coming here for the past 12+ years for our annual 2 week snowmobile venture and could not be happier with the wonderful owners/staff and accommodations. Their hospitality is phenomenal and they always make us feel like old friends and family. Charles, the Motel Manager, always goes above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one for all our club Members. The rooms are clean and cozy. Terrific location to access the trail system. Jump on the snowmobiling trails right from the motel. I could say many more good things about this great Motel. Yes, our snowmobile club will be back for many more years to come !!!
A wonderful value. The rooms are economy, but clean and well kept. The staff is exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. It's a budget motel, but they do a great job with it at a fantastic price point. It was just what we were looking for, close to the snowmobile trails, parking for the sleds, friendly staff, and a great price.
We have stayed here both with the old owner and now this weekend was the first time with the new owners. Not sure who was at the desk but she was kind and for the few minutes we encountered her at checkin. The updates were noticeable and I’m sure they are going to keep improving. The room was big enough for my family and visitors and beds were comfortable for the price. The only couple of downfalls to this stay were 1) upon entering it smelled like stale cigarettes and perhaps a musty damp smell that we continuously had to keep spraying the (included) febreeze room spray. 2) was not cleaned very well there was soap left in the shower from a previous stay, pet hair on the mattress of the pull out sofa and an actual piece of a cracker between the sheets and blankets tucked in the bed. Those
We stayed here in Feb. 2021 during the school break. It was great location for multiple snowmobile day trips. The room was comfortable and had just enough room for the three of us. Kitchenette allowed us to have breakfast and some other meals right in our room. Finding food on the trails is more challenging this year so having the ability to make lunches and dinners back at our room worked out well. I appreciated the contactless check-in and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.
