It is so peaceful and so quiet the manager is absolutely amazing
The caretaker there his name is Josh he's an incredible caretaker he has the water just right no fluoride in the water I'm happy for the people that live there
Looks like a nice place to live .Quite quiet,Plenty of room between the spaces. Almost all the same people in there for 10-20 years. All are friends. Unexpected low rent
Manager is an old drunk that tries to intimidate his tenants into doing what he wants. Stands over people on their own property while saying derogatory remarks. Im filong a complaint asap
THE ARK RV PARK is no longer. It's now ALPINE TERRACE RV PARK. The Ark motel is still the same I just want to say to everyone giving a bad review and talking about the drunk landlord are talking about the ARK MOTEL not THE RV park it is a wonderful place to live with a super cool manager on site that does not drink.
