The owner is very helpful and pleasant to do business with! The yards and picnic tables are amazing! Great location! Wifi for each unit means my kids never had to slow down on homeschooling!! Peaceful and relaxing!! Wonderful dog park with plenty of room to run and play safely! Very clean and well kept property!! 10 out of 10!!!

Arc RV, just east of Dallas, was just wonderful. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to just pull in for the night. Especially after 5:00 when most offices are already closed. Richard designed his park just for that. You can come in late and find a spot with full hook ups. He arched the pull in’s for easy quick access and hook ups so it’s super fast to hook up and quick to pull out when you’re ready to roll! Also has lightning fast Internet with each spot. There’s even a big area up front for a safe place to just take a nap if that’s all you need free of charge. Dog park, pond, beautiful sky for viewing stars, sunsets and sunrises, in the viewing band for the next solar eclipse, and plans to add an equestrian pasture make this a one stop shop! This place is amazing! There's a pond in the back. It's quite, people are nice.The internet has awesome connection. I know my pups loved the dog park, it was definitely easy to move in and out with the arc design. Richard is a amazing guy, always been very helpful if I had and issues. Thanks for everything!

This place is awesome! The people are great, the owner Richard will go out of his way in any way he can to help and addresses concerns immediately. There is a nice little pond in the back and an even better dog park where the pets can run and play. The internet is GREAT!!!!!!!! We gamed with an Xbox 1 and PS4 at the same time and had multiple devices linked and never had an issue. The septic and water hookups are immaculate, the 50 amp hookups are brand new and fit very tight. Never got loud at night and the Arc design worked better than is stated. 5 stars hands down.

Richard the owner was very nice and welcoming. The place is is to get in and out, very clean and the dog park is very accommodating. The price is very affordable and the fact that he stays open until 10pm is great for the later travelers. Me and my family had a great experience at Arc RV Park, so if you need a place to park yourself for a night or even a couple of days check it out you won't be disappointed.
