Arbor Inn Motor Lodge

This is a family owned Inn that has been in Boston for a very long time. Although the motel might be a little dated because it has been around for so long, we still really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, and the room was nice and clean. We didn't have anybody bother us while we were here, and the staff, especially Sid were incredibly nice. Due to a scheduling mishap, I desperately needed a place to stay for the remaining of my trip and there were no vacancies anywhere around The Arbor Inn motor Lodge of North Weymouth went above and beyond to help me out of a jam.

This is NOT a nice place to stay, however, the people and the attendant are nice and personable. There are people who live here and they are sociable and nice. Have NOT had any problems with the people here. The room is not what I would desire, and it's extremely out of date, but, it's a cheap place to stay. No coffee maker, but there is coffee in the lobby and McDonald's 99 cent coffee across the street. I would not recommend this as a nice place to stay, but if you have a family emergency and you are tight on cash, it's an alright place to stay. I was concerned about creepy crawlies and bedbugs, but I have NOT found any! As long as it's bedbug-free and livable, and it's "on the cheap", I would recommend it :)

This was the smelliest, dumpiest, most disgusting place we have ever stayed!! We only chose it because it was close to my cousins funeral home and cemetery. The pictures are much better than the room itself! It was 90 degrees outside and this place smelled like cigarettes, it was dirty, the ac did not work very well. Overall very disgusted and they charged my card when I booked when it said "you won't be charged now". I would have canceled and gone somewhere else had I known what it looked and smelled like! The lobby was the size of a bathroom and there were about 10 family members in there when I was trying to check-in. How are you going to make this right? A refund would be nice! I am fuming mad.

Not great, but its a safe, place to stay. The place is not fancy or upkept, but it is comfortable. We stayed in a smoking room, the hall was so stinky, we could smell it from our room!! Hahaha Beds were clean, water comes out warm and nice. Rooms just look old and a bit small. If you stay here you better hace a car or order transportation from an app because I did not see buses or train nearby.

Great inn, front desk always helpul, fast check inn. Cheap vending machines. Walking distance from mcdonalds. Only 13 min away from nantasket beach, motel style inn, clean rooms with easy access. Would be 5 stars if cheaper.
