Arbor House Country Inn

Arbor House and owner Susan deserve 10 stars! We stayed in the farmhouse and the cleanliness and attention to detail was impressive! Such a comfortable, homey stay and a super comfortable bed! Homemade cinnamon rolls were left for us, snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. We will be back to visit Jamesport and Arbor House will definitely be where we stay! Thank you Susan!!

Wow! Wonderful place to stay! The wooden furniture was Amish-made and gorgeous. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.|Susan was an outstanding hostess!! Shortly after we checked in, she came to our room to tell us how to work the TV, etc. remotes, told us about places in town we might want to visit, etc. Susan thought of everything! She left a large tray of yummy cinnamon rolls, coffee, tea, cheese, chocolate, etc. In the bathroom area, she had a basket of extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, earplugs as well as soap from a business in town. Fabulous host and great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed in November and I fell in love with this place. The owner went above and beyond hospitality which was appreciated so much! The room had so many nice extra touches, including the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. We can’t wait to go back!

This cozy Inn is very attractive in decor! I had the Garden room. It is private but handy. The big breakfast is found in the fridge was a delight! There was lots to choose from. I was in the area so the location was perfect. Thank you, Susan.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my husband and I’s stay was here! The owner was extremely accommodating (not that we were needy). I had purchased some loose leaf tea in town and she happily shared a tea cup with a loose leaf tea so I could enjoy it. Beds were comfortable, gas fireplace on the porch was beautiful, and checkout was not rushed. I shouldn’t forget the amazing basket of goodies that waited for us in the fridge for morning breakfast! I look forward to staying here again just so we can be pampered again!
