Aransas Oaks RV Resort

This is a very nice, well kept park with concrete roads and RV pads. The pool is great! The restrooms, showers, clubhouse top notch. Security fence and gate a plus. Our neighbors were fabulous! We do like park activities such as shuffleboard, pickleball, or even club house potlucks or cards. Sign up sheet with volunteers would work!! But all in all a great place to stay!

Aransas Oak RV park is very clean, gated community with well maintained level concrete spots. The new clubhouse has a gas fireplace and large screen TV, as well as very nice bathrooms with showers and laundry room. Park Managers are super hard-working, and very available. Internet is typical for RV parks, begins to buffer in peak hours. Pool is not currently heated. There are two apartments that can be rented. Love the Christmas decorations going up. |The park location is perfect for exploring Corpus Christi, Rockport, and free ferry to Port Aransas.

The trees throughout the park are lovely but they are a problem. Parking and leaving were challenging and required someone from the office to escort us to our spot. We had to change our plans to arrive early in the morning in the daylight instead of the night before like we wanted because parking in the spot after dark was impossible. If you are going to stay a while then it's worth the fight in and out but for shorter visits staying somewhere with more lighting and access may be helpful. The office folks were very friendly and kind. The entire facility is very nice just challenging to use.

We book reservations on February 2nd for a trip starting on March 9th. They charged our credit card for the full $393.00 for our stay which was no problem. They contacted us on Feb 22nd and stated THEY were going to have to cancel our reservation because the person in the spot we were to get extended their stay. So we had to scramble to find other accommodations. They said on the 22nd they would refund our money. It is now March 20th and still no refund. We have called multiple times and get the "the person that handles that is out of the office" or "they will be working on that today." I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge since obviously they are not interested in conducting a reputable business and process refunds that were initiated as a result of something on

BEWARE STICKERS EVERYWHERE! The whole grounds are covered in stickers and there is no attempt being made to eradicate them. The dog park is the only place without stickers, but the path to the dog park is full of them. The grounds are well kept, sites are large, clubhouse showers and pool are well maintained. Management is very sweet Internet sucks No shade.
