Aqua Beach Hotel

The location of this place is perfect. Truly gorgeous. But you can get beach access on the Long Island Sound elsewhere, and this place has serious problems:|1. They advertise as adults only, but there are families with kids here.|2. Floors were dirty in room, especially bathroom.|3. We ordered brunch, but what we got was 2 cold bagels, some oj, yogurt in its original package, and the weakest coffee ever. More like a motel continental breakfast. Plastic plates. Seriously?|4. They give you plastic wine glasses with your wine. Plastic WINE GLASSES.|5. Room paint is chipped in a lot of places.||Look, this place is fine, but for half the price. It's like someone with no hotel experience bought a place and started cutting corners. Don't stay here for what they are charging.

We have been coming to Aqua about twice a year, and we love it more every time. It truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and we get so excited each morning to receive our breakfast in the picnic basket — such a special touch that never gets old. The very best part of Aqua, though, is the staff. Chelsea is incredibly welcoming and makes the entire atmosphere feel so inviting and comfortable from the moment we arrive. She is truly an asset to the hotel, and we appreciate her so much. We can’t wait to come back again.

My wife booked our stay for Valentine’s Day, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully put together. The property was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. What really made our stay special, though, was the exceptional service throughout the week. Mary Kate and Mackenzie were both absolutely wonderful — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt taken care of the entire time. Their warmth and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We had such a memorable Valentine’s stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

This was so serene. I went by myself for just a relaxing ME Day and it was lovely. My king size room had a wonderful view of the beach, barrel sauna and igloo. Nice cabana. Though it was winter with snowfall, I was out there in the warm comfy robe (provided), eating my picnic breakfast basket and coffee (Also provided). Oh, I enjoyed the hot tub outdoors with snow flurries falling on me. Just relaxing. I’ll be visiting in the summer.

This hotel is a little hidden gem. You would never even know it was there. When I first pulled up, I wasn't sure what I was going to expect but when I opened up the door and walked in all the amazing little hidden gems. All around the facility, all the way down to their wallpaper coat hangers, you name it most adorable things that I could find the service was immaculate, the front desk, girls, amazing. They communicated everything amd helped me with anything i needed. And I love their complimentary wine that they gave me for me in my room.And to know that it was local made it even better. Their facility is very clean and I felt so at home and cozy in their rooms i even think it's so cute how I have my own patio to look out to the water. And when I woke up the next morning, it was so peacef
