Applegate Inn

I lived here for two years from 2020-2022 , and for brief periods of time before that in 2018 & right when they went under new management. New management really cleaned the place up, honestly they were kind of strict lol but it was to keep riff raff out. They are mostly an extended stay motel. Ive lived at everyone in the area and you wont find a place as nice as this for the price. Right over the freeway there is another that is cockroach infested and almost $1,000 more a month. At least at the time i was living there. The manager Renne and her husband were amazing, and became like family. Was very family oriented in my time being there. This isnt the kind of place with room service and people need to get real about that. But this was my families saving grace not being able to afford a $

Stayed here for a week for $400.oo and a $100.oo deposit. Was decent as for the room size having 2 beds microwave and fridge. Wi-Fi is No good especially in room 10. The further you are from #1 the worse it gets. And I assume that mostly all the lower number rooms are permanently taken at all times because they live in those...

Was very nice. It very clean. Daryl is a great guy . He made our move here great. Thanks. Untill He got busted for embezzling people money thousands of dollars . then the owner made people get out of the rooms cause we had no proof we paid . the owner is very mean and rude to people that needs help. I mean the rooms were nice and area was ok just with the manager and owner its a disgrace. We lived there for about 3 months we got clean bedding twice. And never clean towels and if u wanted toilet paper had to beg for it.

The room was dirty and the sofa had burn holes in it. I was told I was getting switched to a smoking room by the night front desk clerk and They charged a $60 deposit which was not returned. Managers reason was smoking in a non-smoking room I asked him to call the girl who had been working and he refused saying I wasn't getting my deposit back and he was not calling his employee. The hotel advertisement looks great but in reality it was dark smelly and dirty with rude workers.

It smells terrible and the owners are awful. Rooms are gross and ugly, whoever designed them certainly was not a trained interior designer. The owners are terrible people who give little to no care about the quality of their motel. It’s clear they really just want the money. Don’t come here. :)
